Welcome to Langdon Place of Dover

Langdon Place of Dover is a multi-tiered community providing different types of care to meet the changing needs of patients and residents as they age. We offer short-term rehabilitation after a hospital stay, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

We feature 73 apartments in our assisted living facility, 49 of which have full kitchens, including stoves, ovens, full-size refrigerators, ample closets, and some of the largest apartments in the Seacoast. Additionally, we have a heated indoor pool. We also have 24 private suites for those who want smaller apartments as their care levels increase.

Our secure memory unit has 24 private suites and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with walking paths for our memory residents to enjoy. All staff in our community are dementia-trained.

Our 30-bed short-term rehabilitation center includes semi-private rooms with each patient having an exterior window, television, recliner, ability to set their own heating and cooling temperature, and access to a luxurious spa shower. Our short-stay rehab patients and residents have access to a complete physical and occupational therapy gym to aid their recovery and speech therapy. We have onsite nursing 24/7 for all 3 tiers of care and are overseen by a Medical Director and clinical team.

Langdon Place of Dover is only one mile from downtown Dover, but is set in a beautiful rural setting with abundant wildlife and forests surrounding it. Our center offers residents access to internal and external community engagement, including shopping, restaurant visits, cultural events, spiritual programs, exercise programs, and field trips.

Susan Putney

Director of Admissions, Assisted Living & Memory
Susan has been at Langdon Place of Dover for 9.5 years as Director of Admissions, Sales & Marketing for Assisted Living & Memory Care. She has 48 years of global and national marketing and sales experience working for agencies, corporations, associations, non-profits and senior living communities. She lives in Barrington, NH
Kathleen Oby

Administrator
Kathleen has been the administrator at Langdon Place of Dover, guiding the center for 17 years. She has over 25 years of experience working in healthcare and with non-profits serving as an Administrator for several major healthcare organizations and communities throughout New Hampshire. Additionally, she is a licensed grief counselor. Kathy holds a Bachler of Science Degree in Management, an associate's degree in education and a certificate in Human Resources from UNH. She received her license to practice in NH in 2006. "Locals serving locals" is more than just a slogan. Kathy believes in giving back to and serving the community she calls home. She is a charter member of the PFAC at Wentworth Douglass Hospital and has volunteered for other local organizations. A mother and proud grandmother, her free time is spent with family, and enjoying all that New Hampshire has to offer.
Heather Ericson-Burrier, RN

Residential Care Director Assisted Living
Heather Ericson-Burrier, our Residential Care Director, is a Licensed Practical Nurse. Additionally, she is a certified Dementia Practitioner with 20 years experience in healthcare. Heather is a married mother of two girls residing in Maine. If you're looking for Heather in her free time, you will find her hiking the NH and Maine mountain trails.
Stacie Collucci

Director of Marketing and Admissions
Stacie began her career in senior care in 2007 and has held various roles before joining Langdon Place of Dover in 2023 as the Director of Marketing and Admissions. With nearly two decades of experience working with seniors and their families, she demonstrates compassion and a deep understanding of the aging process. Outside of work, Stacie enjoys cooking for her family, reading good books, and gardening whenever the weather permits.
Nicole Faucher MS, OTR/L

Director of Rehabilitation
Nicole is an Occupational Therapist and Director of Rehabilitation. She has been a valued member of the Powerback Rehabilitation team for over 10 years. Nicole earned her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Springfield College. With a passion for serving the geriatric population, she is dedicated to empowering her department to improve the lives of their patients every day. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two sons, Chase and Connor.
