With over 25 years of experience in long-term care, Jessica has been immersed in the culture of senior care throughout her career.  Her passion for serving and caring for seniors within the healthcare industry, combined with her dedication to residents, families, and staff, creates a welcoming environment where compassionate care comes first. Jessica comes to us most recently from within the 603Healthcare family from the Wolfeboro Bay Center.

Director of Admissions, Assisted Living & Memory

Susan has been at Langdon Place of Dover for 12 years as Director of Admissions, Sales & Marketing for Assisted Living & Memory Care.  She has 48 years of global and national marketing and sales experience working for agencies, corporations, associations, non-profits and senior living communities.  She lives in Barrington, NH

TCU Admissions Director

Brooke Gizzonio is the TCU Admissions Director at Langdon Place of Dover. She is passionate about helping people and their families throughout their transition into short-term care. As a lifelong New Hampshire resident, she calls the Granite State home. Brooke takes pride in being a part of a community where locals care for locals. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire in May of 2026 with a bachelor's degree in health management and policy. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys playing soccer, staying active through fitness, spending time outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family. 

Residential Care Director Assisted Living

Heather Ericson-Burrier, our Residential Care Director, is a Licensed Practical Nurse. Additionally, she is a certified Dementia Practitioner with 20 years experience in healthcare. Heather is a married mother of two girls residing in Maine. If you're looking for Heather in her free time, you will find her hiking the NH and Maine mountain trails.

Human Resources Manager

Annette Whitcher is a dedicated Human Resources professional who believes that people are the heart of every organization. With a passion for helping others and building meaningful workplace relationships, she is committed to creating a positive employee experience through compassionate leadership, open communication, and genuine support.

Director of Rehab

 Meagan is an Occupational Therapist and the Director of Rehabilitation. She obtained her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy at Bay Path College and has been an OT since 2013. Meagan has gained experience in a variety of settings: home care, acute care hospital, rehab hospitals, skilled nursing facilities,  long term care facilities, and brain injury centers.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two standard poodles, knitting, and hanging out with her nieces and nephew.  

Business Office Manager

Kelly Degan is an accomplished business professional with more than 25 years of experience in business office management, executive support, customer service, collections, and revenue cycle management. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and has built a successful career supporting executive leadership, including CEOs and CFOs, while driving operational excellence and organizational success.
