Langdon Place of Dover is a multi-tiered community providing different types of care to meet the changing needs of patients and residents as they age. We offer short-term rehabilitation after a hospital stay, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. 

We feature 73 apartments in our assisted living facility, 49 of which have full kitchens, including stoves, ovens, full-size refrigerators, ample closets, and some of the largest apartments in the Seacoast.  Additionally, we have a heated indoor pool.   We also have 24 private suites for those who want smaller apartments as their care levels increase. 

Our secure memory unit has 24 private suites and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with walking paths for our memory residents to enjoy.  All staff in our community are dementia-trained.  

Our 30-bed short-term rehabilitation center includes semi-private rooms with each patient having an exterior window, television, recliner, ability to set their own heating and cooling temperature, and access to a luxurious spa shower.  Our short-stay rehab patients and residents have access to a complete physical and occupational therapy gym to aid their recovery and speech therapy.   We have onsite nursing 24/7 for all 3 tiers of care and are overseen by a Medical Director and clinical team. 

Langdon Place of Dover is only one mile from downtown Dover, but is set in a beautiful rural setting with abundant wildlife and forests surrounding it. Our center offers residents access to internal and external community engagement, including shopping, restaurant visits, cultural events, spiritual programs, exercise programs, and field trips.
